A. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only if:
1) The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition (with tags & packaging).
2) The return request is made within 3 days of delivery.
3) The product is not a part of final sale, clearance, or promotional offers.
Non-returnable items:
1) Customised Order2) Limited edition drops or collaborations
3) Items bought during “HypeFest” or other major sale events
B. How to Request a Return
Email us at support@www.hypestate@gmail.com or DM us on Instagram @hypestate2025 with your order ID and reason for return.
Our team will verify your request and share the return shipping instructions.
C. Refunds
1) Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
2) If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
3) For Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are made via bank transfer or store credit.
4. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you want a different size or color, please place a new order after your refund is processed.
